Job Description

This onsite role in Milwaukee, WI brings financial analysis and business intelligence together. You will work with business leaders and the CFO to strengthen reporting, forecasting, and decision support using financial and operational data.

What you’ll do

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) to track and measure business performance.
  • Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for senior management and the board of directors.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to build the annual financial budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decisions as needs arise.
  • Manage the company’s business intelligence and forecasting & reporting tools.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations for management and the board of directors.
  • Support the monthly financial close process as needed.
  • Assist with mergers & acquisitions activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience, such as management accounting, financial planning & analysis, audit, or consulting. Services or manufacturing background is a plus.
  • Very strong MS Excel proficiency, including financial modeling experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP software platforms, general ledger, and HR information systems.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence software (for example, MS PowerBI) and Enterprise Performance Management software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to synthesize results for others.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically to other business locations (anticipated to be < 20%).
  • Local to the area and able to work full-time onsite; not eligible for remote work.

Tools you’ll use

MS Excel, ERP software platforms, general ledger, HR information systems, MS PowerBI, and Enterprise Performance Management software.
