Financial Analyst (PRO)

The Financial Analyst (PRO) role at Maddox Industrial Transformer centers on developing the FP&A function, partnering with operations across multiple business units, and leading planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts. This onsite position is based in Greer, SC, with a salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and bring 2 to 3 years of financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations leaders in the construction, hospitality, real estate, facilities management, and event services units to deliver accurate financial results, planning, and analysis
• Design and implement the annual planning cycle, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses
• Compile project spend forecasts and reports for construction project managers
• Generate prime cost metrics and assist in establishing performance targets for restaurant general managers
• Develop cash flow forecasts to support treasury management
• Partner with the systems team to produce automated SQL-based BI reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and proactive time management
• Solution-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
