Job Description
Integrity Wealth Advisors LLC is hiring a Financial Representative for a hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS. This part-time position is designed to ramp gradually, combining hands-on mentorship with guided support as you build your client base over time.
The training approach is structured for someone who can commit to a steady learning curve, work alongside a field trainer until confident, and grow earnings as licensure and experience come together.
Role Overview
- Invite people to workshops (virtual or in-person)
- Meet with individuals and families to review financial options
- Build your book of business gradually while learning the process
- Work alongside a field trainer until fully confident
- Learn through hands-on mentorship with no experience required
Location and Employment Details
- Location: Hybrid remote in Overland Park, KS 66212
- Job type: Part time
Compensation
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Typical first-year earnings: $45,000–$75,000 working 15–20 hours per week
- Earn potential: As soon as you’re licensed
- Often within: 4 weeks
- Immediately after: your first appointment
