Financial Service Representative

Heights Finance Corporation is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Eau Claire, WI to support customers through the loan lifecycle while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support for new and returning clients, guiding customers through the loan process with professionalism.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Handle inbound calls confidently and place proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
• Work with customers on past-due accounts to provide solutions and work toward resolution.
• Complete a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.

Hours

• Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons

Compensation

• Hourly: $15.75 - $22.25
• Base hourly range reflects the low and high end of the anticipated range for this position based on state average.
• Actual hourly rate determined by factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
