Build and support client financial plans in a team-focused, advisor-led environment at Laura Mossakowski LLC. This on-site role in Green Bay, WI pairs client interaction with ongoing plan monitoring, helping you translate research into clear guidance. You will also be supported with a competitive salary ($100,000 - $115,000 yearly) and a benefits package that includes retirement matching, paid time off, and reimbursement for industry training and licensing.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with senior advisors to create personalized financial plans aligned with clients’ goals and aspirations.
- Perform thorough research and analysis to support the development of comprehensive financial strategies.
- Meet with clients to gather essential information and build a clear understanding of each client’s financial landscape.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly.
- Assist with financial plan implementation, helping clients feel informed and confident in decisions.
- Monitor clients’ progress and provide regular updates and adjustments to plans and investments to stay aligned with goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to support the most up-to-date advice and solutions.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in financial planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with advisors and team members to develop personalized plans.
- Proven experience conducting deep research and analysis to support financial strategy development.
- Strong communication skills for engaging clients and collecting key financial information.
- Proficiency preparing detailed reports and presentations that convey financial insights.
- Experience supporting implementation of financial plans so clients feel informed and confident.
- Experience monitoring client progress and delivering timely updates and adjustments.
- Current licenses: SIE, Series 66 (or equivalent), Series 7, WI health, and WI life insurance.
