Financial Services Associate

Integrity Wealth Advisors LLC is seeking a Financial Services Associate to join a mentorship-driven team with a strong emphasis on training and education. The role is designed for growth, pairing client-facing conversations with structured onboarding, licensing support, and ongoing weekly development.

Based in Overland Park, KS with a hybrid setup, this position focuses on meeting with individuals and families, explaining key life insurance and retirement concepts in clear terms, and helping clients select solutions aligned with their goals. No prior financial experience is required, as the training pathway is built to support new associates from the start.

Role Overview

In this role, you will meet with clients, translate financial ideas into simple explanations, and support the process of choosing solutions that fit their objectives. You will also maintain ongoing client relationships through follow-up support and continued engagement.
