Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals, families, and small businesses with financial well being by guiding retirement planning, prudent investing, and college savings strategies
  • Provide clients with clarity and confidence as you help them navigate complex financial challenges and build lasting relationships
  • Engage in ongoing training and development through a leading learning platform and dedicated coaching, pursuing relevant designations
  • Develop client solutions with NYLIFE Securities LLC and Eagle Strategies LLC, including wealth management, estate planning approaches, and business solutions; pursue fee based advisory services
  • Leverage digital tools, marketing resources, and CRM to attract new clients and retain existing relationships
  • Participate in peer support options such as study groups and mentorship within a collaborative team
  • Operate within a commission based compensation model while benefiting from available subsidies and incentives

Requirements

  • FINRA general securities licensing requirements
  • Agent state licensing
  • Investment advisory licenses
  • Compliance history and adherence to standards
  • Production standards and required training
  • Sales experience, with 1 year preferred
  • Ability to commute to Charlotte, NC 28277 (Required)
  • Work location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28277 (Required)

Compensation and benefits overview

  • Salary range: USD 63,129 to 140,572 per year
  • Supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities and commission pay

Experience

Sales experience is preferred, with 1 year of relevant work in financial services or related fields
