Financial Services Representative

Dominion Bank in Grapeland, TX is seeking a Financial Services Representative onsite to support day-to-day lobby banking and customer account transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of banking functions with a focus on lobby operations
• Perform daily cash drawer handling and maintenance
• Open and close deposit accounts, including online banking setup
• Create and manage ATM/Debit card availability during account servicing
• Open and close safe deposit box accounts
• Process collection items, traveler’s cheques, wire requests, and check orders
• Provide ongoing direct client service support
• Coordinate with members of Private Banking and Wealth Management teams on client-related service and support
• Provide backup support as needed across bank operations, including wire support and audit support

Requirements

• 3+ years of banking experience (required), with an additional preference for 3+ years
• 1 year experience in cash handling (required)
• 1 year experience in customer service (required)
• Working knowledge of FISERV (preferred)
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Familiarity and understanding of applicable banking laws
• Experience with banking software and general Windows-based software
• Interest in a rapidly growing business with high expectations for customer service
• Ability to consent to and pass a consumer report and background check with favorable results
