Financial Services Representative

New York Life & NYLIFE Securities LLC is hiring a Financial Services Representative for a hybrid role based in Valencia, CA. In this position, you partner with clients to support retirement planning, college funding, life insurance needs, and investment strategies, while also helping drive business through planning, marketing, and client prospecting.

You will work through training from New York Life to build product knowledge and professional skills, then apply that knowledge to present appropriate solutions. Depending on your goals, the role offers an option to obtain licenses needed to sell investments and other securities products related to wealth management and advanced planning.

• Develop and implement business and marketing plans
• Prospect for potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns
• Present potential solutions using the company’s suite of products and services
• Grow professional skills and knowledge through the New York Life training curriculum

Compensation and pay

• Pay range: $50,000.00 to $226,000.00 per year
• First-year average in this branch: $76,000 to $80,000/year
• Third-year average in this branch: $151,733/year
• Compensation includes both fixed and variable components
