Job Description
Bank of America in Seattle is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to obtain securities licenses, build and manage client relationships, and provide end-to-end financial guidance. This onsite role sits at the crossroads of core banking and investment solutions, offering a structured path to Stage II through targeted training and proactive client engagement, all while meeting regulatory requirements under the SAFE Act.
Responsibilities
- Earn Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66) through personalized, targeted training.
- Develop and manage a client roster, evaluating complex financial needs and guiding clients with tailored advice and solutions.
- Begin work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and high level client care.
- Provide comprehensive, end-to-end advice, conduct client reviews and presentations with confidence, and propose strategies to help clients reach their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with the solutions offered through Bank of America and Merrill to cover a wide range of financial needs.
- Progress from Stage I to Stage II by expanding and deepening relationships within a client portfolio; the Academy provides programs, tools, and resources to support this growth.
- Subject to SAFE Act registration; you will register with the federal registry and complete the background check and registration process, with potential termination if registration is not obtained or maintained.
Requirements

- Salary: USD 28 - 33 per hour
