Salary: USD 100,000 - 175,000 per year
Location: Pasadena, CA (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships by understanding goals, risk tolerance, and personal circumstances.
- Provide expert financial planning guidance on estate planning, tax strategies, wills, trusts, and related estate considerations to optimize outcomes.
- Design and implement customized investment strategies aligned with client objectives, drawing on knowledge of securities law, financial markets, and asset management.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis using advanced software to evaluate portfolios, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to deliver relevant solutions for evolving client needs.
- Educate clients on concepts such as securities law compliance, wealth management techniques, and banking services options.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of investment advisory services and ongoing client support.
Requirements
- Proven experience practicing in the wealth management industry
- Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts and estate law, tax experience, and wealth management principles
- Proficiency in financial analysis software, specifically E-Money, and technical accounting tools used for asset management and research
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
- Certified Financial Planner designation is required; Series 65 registration is preferred
- Solid foundation in financial concepts including cash management, corporate accounting, public accounting practices, and industry knowledge of financial markets
