Job Description

Nike's Beaverton campus hosts a Senior Analyst in Product Finance who partners with Product Creation teams to turn data into actionable guidance. In this role you will deliver financial insights, model scenarios, and influence product decisions across the creation lifecycle to support profitable growth.

As part of the Product Finance organization, you will help translate strategic margin objectives into seasonal plans, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and present executive-ready analyses that shape key product choices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for Product Creation teams.
  • Play a critical role in shaping profitable growth for a segment of the business.
  • Influence product decisions throughout the creation lifecycle by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations to Product and Finance leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Sourcing, and Finance teams to translate strategic margin objectives into seasonal plans and actionable business decisions.
  • Develop scenario analyses and investment tradeoffs to support decision-making and drive sustainable margin improvement.
  • Monitor and communicate seasonal margin performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while recommending actions to achieve financial targets.
  • Partner across the broader Product Finance organization to drive initiatives that improve profitability, processes, and analytical capabilities.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling business stories and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to influence key decisions across product creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, strategic planning, accounting, consulting, or related analytical roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
