Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting for workforce, SG&A, and other non-operating costs across the organization to enable accurate financial planning.
Lead scenario modeling and strategic analysis to inform major financial decisions, including assessment of risks and opportunities.
Perform variance analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership with concise explanations.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and commercial groups, to ensure expense management aligns with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.

Experience modeling and synthesizing complex financial analyses, operational data, and KPI data
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
