Senior Financial Analyst

Constellium seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support on site financial analysis, forecasting and reporting at the Ravenswood, WV facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly variance analyses comparing actual results with forecasts, prior year, and budget
• Analyze operating performance and provide detailed commentary to the Corporate Team
• Create monthly forecast reporting files to communicate performance to business units and the Group
• Collaborate with the Finance team to assist in preparing the annual budget and long-term plan (LTP)
• Generate analysis files for the annual budget and LTP as required
• Record monthly freight journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Conduct freight expense analysis as needed to explain monthly costs
• Upload monthly KPIs into SAP
• Support evaluation and analysis of proposed capital projects
• Perform ad hoc analyses and complete other projects as required
• Coordinate with the BU Corporate Team on financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• MBA preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience
• Experience building complex financial models to support initiatives and the budget/forecast/planning process (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (required)
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Power BI experience strongly preferred
