Senior Financial Analyst

Amazon.com Services LLC invites a Senior Financial Analyst to join the AWS Networking Services finance team on site in Seattle, WA. The role spans financial planning, decision support, controllership, and private deal modeling for a portfolio that includes CloudFront, AWS Global Accelerator, Perimeter Protection, Elemental, and Amazon Interactive Video Service. Collaborating with product, capacity, and operations groups, this position focuses on delivering actionable insights, robust planning, and precise reporting to guide strategic choices.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing models and refine them to support finalization of existing and new customer deals
• Develop and enhance P&L models for both new and existing services
• Model private, custom deals for key customers within the deal desk framework
• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process
• Create, maintain, and improve management reporting
• Develop business insights and dashboards to inform decision making
• Compile and review financial results and operational plans
• Present results to company leadership
• Collaborate with business and finance teams for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and forecasts
• Work with product, capacity, and operations teams on opportunities and constraints

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or another analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• At least three years contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• Three or more years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy
