Senior Financial Analyst

Smile Doctors is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas, TX (onsite) to support decision-making with reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and key operating metric reporting
• Own financial analysis and financial modeling
• Develop and support budgeting and forecasting for internal stakeholders
• Execute ad hoc analysis and project-based assignments as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, including tie-outs and checking figures
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with employees at different levels
• Effective communication across the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting position (required); 3 years preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Intermediate experience with business intelligence software such as PowerBI (or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling
• Basic understanding of GAAP, particularly as it relates to AR
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
