Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role at Reyes Holdings focuses on preparing financial and operational reporting while delivering analysis that supports business planning, budgeting, and day-to-day decision-making. The position is based in Pompano Beach, FL and includes on-site divisional support with travel requirements.

Role Overview

In this position, you will produce financial and operational reports and conduct ad hoc analyses to help guide optimal business decisions. The work includes planning and budgeting support, root cause analysis, and the development of analytical tools for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and operational reports, along with ad hoc financial analysis as needed
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk, and communicate recommended business actions
• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions using process and technology improvements
• Develop financial analysis tools to support management decisions
• Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets, and corporate budgets
• Travel as required, including at least 25% to provide on-site support to division locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience
• Alternative path: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 7 to 9+ years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
