Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Victoria’s Secret is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support Digital and Marketplace finance decisions in Reynoldsburg, OH (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Own seasonal budgeting and the monthly forecasting process for Victoria’s Secret Digital and Marketplace.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage expenses and support performance aligned to budget targets.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reporting materials and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders for key meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews, Board of Directors meetings, and Earnings (among others).
• Drive ongoing process improvements focused on efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as business needs require.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the MS Office suite.
• Artificial intelligence is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to build effective partnerships across functions and across organizational levels.
• Proven track record of driving results and process improvements.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 86,800 - 117,600 per year
