Job Description
Nova R Wealth is seeking a Senior Financial Planner in Overland Park, Kansas, to serve as the lead advisor for high-net-worth families. This onsite role blends comprehensive, tax-conscious financial planning with direct client relationship management, making you the primary contact for affluent client households. The position offers a salary range of USD 85,000 to 160,000 per year and requires a CFP designation with roughly five to ten-plus years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial planning engagements for affluent client households
- Develop and run advanced retirement and cash-flow models
- Implement tax-aware planning strategies
- Coordinate estate and legacy planning alongside CPAs and attorneys
- Advise on risk management and balance-sheet strategy
- Act as the primary relationship manager for client households
Requirements
- CFP certification with approximately 5-10+ years of experience
- Proven track record serving affluent or high-net-worth clients
- Comfort leading client relationships independently
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex planning topics
- Values collaboration and a team-oriented environment
