Job Description
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Digital to serve as the financial partner to the Digital Platforms & CXEC team. In this role, you will lead FP&A, budgeting, and month-end close activities for GTN and A&P, while supporting digital transformation initiatives and reinforcing internal controls. The position combines financial stewardship with collaboration across digital product and IT teams to drive value and governance.

- Salary: USD 94,000 - 137,000 per year
- Experience: 4+ years of diversified Finance experience
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership for the Digital Platforms & CXEC team, overseeing GTN promotions and advertising plans
- Own the end-to-end forecasting process (monthly, quarterly, annual) and perform variance analysis to improve budget accuracy
- Lead monthly and quarterly close activities, ensure accurate journal entries, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Enhance reporting and analytics by building and maintaining Domo dashboards for real-time tracking of A&P spend against Budget, LE, and MRE
- Collaborate with digital product and IT teams to test SAP financial order flows for HTH platform updates, validating pricing procedures and accounting reconciliation
- Maintain financial integrity by upholding internal control standards and contributing to annual SOX compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of diversified Finance experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
