Responsibilities

• Oversee long-range planning data, modeling, and tools to support the enterprise long-range plan
• Develop financial insights and analytics that inform enterprise strategic decisions
• Collaborate with senior managers to analyze and model key initiatives, competitor dynamics, growth opportunities, and macro trends

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analytics, or planning
• Strong analytical skills with a foundational understanding of income statements, cash flow, and balance sheets
• Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting
• Curiosity to leverage datasets to identify insights and craft compelling business narratives
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and presentation materials
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration
