Overview
ConEquip Parts & Equipment, LLC is expanding and seeks a strategic, analytical Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join the leadership team. This role suits someone who connects financial data to business strategy, partners with leaders across the organization, and helps drive informed, profitable decisions. You will shape the financial direction for a fast growing, multi entity business, guiding budgeting and forecasting, developing executive reporting and financial models, and delivering insights that support growth. This is a high visibility finance leadership role focused on business partnership, strategic planning, financial analysis, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the CFO and department leaders to enhance financial visibility, strengthen reporting processes, evaluate opportunities, and build the finance infrastructure needed to support the next stage of ConEquip's growth.
Who You Are
You are naturally curious, analytical, and focused on understanding what drives business performance beyond the numbers. You enjoy solving complex problems, building financial models, and turning data into actionable recommendations that help leaders make better decisions. You thrive in a fast paced, growing organization where priorities evolve, balancing strategic initiatives with day to day financial planning. You communicate financial information in a way that is easy for non financial leaders to understand, and you enjoy collaborating across departments to improve processes, increase accountability, and support company goals. Most importantly, you contribute to shaping the financial results, not just reporting them.
