Job Description

New York Life seeks ambitious financial professionals for a full-time Fast Track to Management role in Johnstown, PA (hybrid), focusing on financial planning, insurance, retirement, and investments.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long term client relationships, guiding planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies.
Perform comprehensive financial needs analyses and craft tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
Expand the client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Continuously expand knowledge of financial products and current market trends.
Mentor and guide junior financial professionals as they enter the management track.
Achieve sales goals and performance metrics required for management track progression.
Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFP, or ChFC are a plus.
Proven success in sales, finance, management, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal oriented and able to thrive in a performance based environment.
Prior leadership experience or clear leadership potential.
Life and Health Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain.
Series 6/7 and 63/66 FINRA registrations or willingness to obtain.
Location readiness for Johnstown, PA with hybrid work arrangement.
