Lockheed Martin Corporation invites applications for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst in Manassas, VA on a hybrid schedule. This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, and Programs Finance to deliver material cost reporting for the CH-53K program and to enhance reporting processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Centers to establish and align the monthly material EAC status, perform variance analysis and reporting, and identify EAC risks and opportunities for the CH-53K program.
- Investigate, validate, and document key drivers behind monthly EAC changes, supported by contractual evidence and/or financial system data.
- Prepare and present material EAC status updates at the monthly EAC Review with Supply Chain executive leadership, highlighting drivers, changes, and risk/opportunity positions in a concise manner.
- Evaluate and integrate the impacts of Over Target Approvals and Purchase Price Variance into EAC, supporting strategies that drive material cost management.
- Leverage MRP data to support material base forecasts for Long Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Monthly Outlooks.
- Continuously assess tools and core processes to identify data or process gaps; pursue potential solutions to close those gaps.
- Partner with Operations Finance, IT, and Data Analytics teams to implement process improvements, automate reporting, develop Tableau dashboards, and drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and financial results.
- Support other Supply Chain and Operations Finance initiatives, such as supplier claims and make/buy evaluations, as well as ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience; 8+ years of professional experience, or 6+ years with a related Master’s degree.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial concepts, business operations and controls, and the link between transactions and financial results.
- Solid systems expertise with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SAP CES and P1S and Sikorsky F&BO tools (Hyperion, Tableau, etc.).

Location and Work Arrangement
Location: Manassas, Virginia. This role is hybrid, combining on-site and remote work. Part-time remote telework is available; weekly scheduling details will be discussed during the hiring process. The standard schedule for this position is a 4x10 hour day week, providing three days off per week.
Compensation
The annual base salary range is listed as 90,200 to 159,045 USD. In most major metropolitan areas within California, Massachusetts, and New York, the range is 103,700 to 179,860 USD. For other states, the final salary will reflect the candidate’s work location. These figures are provided as general guidelines and may be influenced by scope, responsibilities, experience, and education.
