Operations Finance Analyst

Lockheed Martin Corporation offers a hybrid work arrangement in Manassas, VA for an Operations Finance Analyst, with a salary range of USD 73,800 to 147,085 per year. This role supports the Finance teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Operations Finance, and Programs Finance to deliver production labor and material cost reporting for Global Commercial Military Systems, including the S-92 program, and to advance cost reporting processes and tools for better financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Product Centers to establish and align on the monthly EAC status, perform variance analysis, and report on EAC risks and opportunities.
• Investigate, validate and document the main drivers behind monthly EAC changes, supported by contracts or financial system evidence.
• Prepare and present concise EAC updates, including drivers and risk/opportunity positions, during monthly EAC Reviews with Operations and Supply Chain leadership.
• Assess and integrate the impacts of Over Target Approvals and Purchase Price Variance into EAC, and support material cost management strategies.
• Leverage labor hour forecasts and MRP data to support time-phased spend forecasts (TPUT) for Long Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Monthly Outlooks.
• Continually assess tools and core processes to identify data or process gaps; propose solutions to close gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations Finance, IT, and Data Analytics teams to implement process improvements, automate reporting, build Tableau dashboards, and drive digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and financial results.
• Support other Operations Supply Chain initiatives and respond to ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience; 6+ years of professional experience; or 4+ years with a related Master's degree.
• Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, business operations and controls, and how transactions impact financial results.
• Solid systems proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SAP (CES and P1S) and Sikorsky F&BO tools (Hyperion, Tableau, etc.).
