Job Description

Onsite in Onalaska, WI: Heights Finance Corporation is hiring a Financial Service Representative to support customers, assist with the loan journey, and help drive sales and collections.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional support to new and existing customers, walking them through the loan process with professionalism
Use consultative sales methods to explain financial products and services, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Handle inbound calls confidently and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings
Work directly with customers on past-due accounts, offering options and working toward account resolution
Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence
Follow regulatory requirements and company policies to safeguard customer information and company assets

Requirements

Genuine desire to help others and provide top-tier service in every interaction
Confidence promoting products and services aligned to customer needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to think on your feet and propose creative solutions for customer challenges
Willingness to learn new systems and processes in a fast-changing environment
Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to team success
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance preferred but not required (training provided)

Hours

Full Time: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Evenings and weekends based on business needs and peak seasons

Pay

Hourly: $15.75 to $22.25
