Financial Service Representative

Onsite in Onalaska, WI: Heights Finance Corporation is hiring a Financial Service Representative to support customers, assist with the loan journey, and help drive sales and collections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to new and existing customers, walking them through the loan process with professionalism
• Use consultative sales methods to explain financial products and services, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Handle inbound calls confidently and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings
• Work directly with customers on past-due accounts, offering options and working toward account resolution
• Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence
• Follow regulatory requirements and company policies to safeguard customer information and company assets

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus

Hours

• Full Time: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Evenings and weekends based on business needs and peak seasons

Pay

• Hourly: $15.75 to $22.25
