Job Description

This on-site Financial Advisor position is based in Papillion, Nebraska, and centers on guiding military families through dynamic financial planning. The role includes company-supported training, licensing sponsorship, and a clear path to becoming an independent contractor Financial Advisor. The compensation is listed in the USD 55,000 to 60,000 per year range.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary financial planning coach for military families, crafting adaptable plans that pursue both short-term and long-term goals.
Provide guidance on daily money management, lifetime asset building, and protection against unexpected events.
Engage with the local community to attract new clients, with support from the district team and Home Office.
Establish direct connections within the military community by partnering with local military organizations, units, and allied institutions.
Help military families develop a comprehensive plan that includes savings and banking, investments and wealth management, and insurance and risk management.

Requirements

Military experience or affiliation
Bachelor’s degree
Proven leadership skills

Compensation during the trainee period begins with an hourly wage for three months and moves to a salaried structure with incentives for the remaining nine months.
