Analyst 3, Finance supports the senior leadership team with timely financial and operational analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and consolidated reporting, focusing on Technical Operations activity and Florida-based expenses, as well as the impact and scenarios of strategic projects; this onsite role is located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct budget, forecast, and variance analysis, delivering insights and recommendations to strengthen financial management
• Distill complex financial and operational data into clear, rationale-backed reports and communications
• Collaborate across departments on special projects and ad hoc requests, providing financial expertise to drive project success
• Monitor Technical Operations metrics and perform trend analysis
• Manage large data sets to understand their impact on the business
• Present monthly results to internal leadership with a concise, data-driven narrative
• Partner with business leaders to support decisions on strategic growth and operational effectiveness
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned
