The Chief Financial Officer will lead Sandco's financial operations and help drive long-term growth and profitability, partnering with ownership and senior management to shape strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and finance activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and debt financing
• Oversee tax planning and compliance
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to ownership
• Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10 years of accounting experience preferred
