Early Career Finance SURF Program

Schlumberger’s U.S. Rotational Program for Finance professionals (SURF) is designed to build early career expertise through structured rotations across multiple finance functions. Based in Houston, Texas, the program spans two years and combines hands-on role exposure with networking across the finance team.

Program Overview

The SURF program provides participants the opportunity to gain experience across 8 different finance roles over a 2-year period. Roles are housed within the function in Houston, Texas, with the position listed as hybrid. The program is structured to broaden understanding of Finance and strengthen connections within Schlumberger’s finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across 8 different roles in the finance function during the program’s 2-year period.
• Develop exposure to many aspects of Finance while building a professional network intended to support long-term career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
