Entry-Level Management – Financial Services

Gulf Coast Country LLC is hiring an entry-level Management track representative in financial services in Sheffield, Alabama. This in-person role combines client-focused sales, relationship management, and leadership development, with structured training designed to support advancement into management and team leadership.

The position is built around real-world coaching, performance-based progress, and opportunities to grow professionally while helping clients identify financial solutions aligned with their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to understand needs and identify financial solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and trust

• Develop leadership and team management skills through ongoing training
• Support onboarding and coaching for new representatives
