Fast Track Partner program with New York Life & NYLIFE Securities LLC provides an accelerated route to Partnership in the General Office after 6 to 12 months. Based in Glendale, CA (onsite), this full-time management role centers on building and developing a team of agents and advisors, while supporting long-term growth through benefits and professional development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in management required
• Previous sales experience required
• Complete 6 to 12 months starting in the financial advisor role with New York Life
• Knowledge of cultural markets
• College degree required; Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Management experience: 2 years (Required)
• If no previous management experience, a recent MBA is required
