Finance & Business Management - Associate

Finance and Business Management - Associate within JPMorganChase's Commercial Banking practice, based onsite in Plano, TX. This role supports the Client Onboarding & Servicing COS organization through financial storytelling, executive analytics, and end-to-end COS execution in partnership with CIB F&BM. Salary range: USD 85,500 - 125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience in business management and data analytics to support COS initiatives
• Collaborate with COS and CIB F&BM to craft executive presentations, combining projections and performance trends into a clear narrative
• Design management reporting packages that convey business results transparently to all stakeholders
• Translate analyses into executive-level PowerPoint presentations, including PitchPro+ delivery
• Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance teams, project managers, and other F&BM groups
• Analyze large data sets, monitor KPI trends, and produce impactful analyses to inform COS strategy
• Work with COS and CIB F&BM to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
• Contribute to activity based costing processes used to allocate expenses across LOBs and downstream profitability systems
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
• Collaborate with peer team members across business and staff areas to achieve goals without direct control of all resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in financial data analysis and storytelling
• Strong collaborative abilities and the capacity to partner with employees at multiple levels
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build positive relationships with business stakeholders to interpret and present complex data with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly motivated, proactive mindset with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills; organized, independent, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with BI tools, databases, and SQL querying is a plus
