Overview

JPMorgan Chase is recruiting for an onsite role in Jersey City, NJ as a Senior Associate on the Finance and Business Management – Digital Technology team. The position centers on financial discipline, delivering decision-useful analysis, improving processes, and serving as a trusted advisor while partnering with Digital Technology, the Product Team and other partners. Compensation ranges from USD 104,500 to 145,000 per year. A Bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and outline next steps.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
  • Support budget planning and forecasting processes; deliver reporting and analysis with accurate and well controlled financial results that inform business decisions.
  • Support onboarding, renewal and management of third party vendors and suppliers.
  • Support tracking and management of headcount; deliver reporting and analysis to inform decision-making in a changing environment.
  • Forward the execution of key projects and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Support team management through coordination of meetings, offsites, and priorities tracking.
  • Provide support in the delivery of department reporting such as KPIs and business reviews.
  • Support implementation of employee strategies including real estate and people agenda initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Finance or Business Management role.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders; strong attention to detail and design excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with different stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
  • Advanced quantitative, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present financial performance in a clear and concise manner that conveys the story behind the financials.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) and Essbase.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with a high degree of independence.
