Finance Manager, Global FP&A

The Finance Manager, Global FP&A, onsite in Atlanta, GA, provides financial leadership, direction and analysis to the functional management team, guiding budgeting, cost control, strategic metrics and cross functional collaboration to create shareholder value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic analysis and problem solving to understand the business, identify improvements, and plan departmental objectives; participate in annual budgeting, review monthly expenditures, and monitor metric performance to meet budget goals.
• Conduct financial planning for the function and present well-founded recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate teams to perform financial functions efficiently, using metrics to track performance and manage workload; ensure processes adhere to established policies.
• Drive key functional financial metrics to support business outcomes.
• Project management to build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders; participate in cross functional efforts to address issues and strengthen competitive advantage; facilitate communication across Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Typically requires overnight travel 5 percent to 20 percent of the time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Predominantly seated work with frequent opportunities to move; occasional lifting of light objects may be required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Approximately indoors in a comfortable environment; infrequent and non objectionable conditions.
