Job Description
RealPage, Inc. is a PE-backed SaaS organization operating in a fast-moving growth environment, and this role will sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. As a senior-level finance leader, you will partner with executive leadership and the Payments Business Unit to translate value-creation priorities into measurable financial plans, models, and performance management.
Role Overview
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Payments Business Unit leadership, supporting strategy, investment decisions, and operational execution.
- Translate business strategy and PE value-creation objectives into actionable financial plans, performance targets, and reporting rhythms.
- Drive financial performance and value creation using planning, forecasting, modeling, and analysis tied to SaaS metrics and multi-family industry economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial modeling and ROI analysis for growth initiatives, cost optimization, product investments, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support executive decision-making with clear, data-driven insights and narratives.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned business units in a PE operating cadence.
- Own and enhance SaaS financial models covering ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and unit economics.
- Analyze performance drivers, variances, and trends with focus on EBITDA, cash flow, and scalability.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track financial and operational KPIs aligned to PE objectives.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
- Evaluate customer segmentation, retention, and lifetime value across multi-family housing portfolios.
- Support deal structuring, contract analysis, and revenue recognition considerations.
- Incorporate industry dynamics including unit-based pricing models, property counts, seasonality, and regulatory considerations.
- Build financial rigor through scalable processes; partner closely with Accounting on close processes, accruals, and financial accuracy.
- Support applicable M&A activity, integrations, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
- Identify and execute opportunities for margin expansion, cost efficiency, and operational leverage.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Accounting to drive outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including strategic FP&A and business partnership roles.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue business models.
- Proven ability to support senior executives and influence business strategy.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation capabilities.

Location and Compensation
- Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (onsite)
- Salary: USD 106,900 - 181,900 per year
