Job Description

This onsite role in Neenah, WI offers a clear path to expand scope from core Accounts Payable ownership into broader accounting, financial reporting, and leadership responsibilities. What you’ll do

You will manage key accounting processes end to end, with ownership across Accounts Payable and close activities. The position also supports tax compliance, reporting, and audit readiness while contributing to process improvement and automation.

  • Own the full Accounts Payable workflow, including vendor setup, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Process employee expense reports and reconcile company credit card transactions.
  • Administer sales and use tax compliance, maintain vendor documentation, and support annual 1099 reporting.
  • Support month-end close and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Contribute to inventory accounting and standard costing.
  • Provide manufacturing accounting support as needed.
  • Deliver financial reporting and analysis, including regulatory and compliance reporting.
  • Support annual audits and internal control initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement and automation projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen business knowledge and leadership capabilities.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in accounting, accounts payable, general ledger, or financial reporting.
  • A desire to grow into broader accounting and leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous learning mindset with a passion for process improvement.
