Job Description
Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor in Nashville, onsite, to deliver purpose-based financial guidance to Christians while helping you build a personal practice and grow income through commissions after onboarding and licensing. This role sits at the intersection of faith, financial planning, and client service, supported by a collaborative culture and specialized resources across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build a financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity, enabling lives of service and faith.
- Offer personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust, serving clients in your local community.
- Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver impactful financial workshops, and market your practice.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.

- Receive support from specialists across business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors as you grow your business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) must be attained before contracting.
- A satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing, as applicable.
