Financial Advisor

Build and manage client-focused financial plans with ongoing support in Delafield, WI (in-person).

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial needs and create tailored financial plans.
• Provide guidance on investment management, estate planning, and tax strategies.
• Review and analyze financial information to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor financial regulations and market trends to recommend relevant solutions.
• Work with other financial professionals to expand and strengthen service offerings.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• 2 years in Finance (Preferred).
• Must be located in Delafield, WI 53018 with ability to commute (Required).
• Relocate to Delafield, WI 53018 before starting work (Required).

Compensation & Career Potential

• Pay: $70,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
• Compensation model: Commission-based
• Stipends and bonuses: Included as part of the role

• Average vs Top 25%: Performance Based
• Year 1: $70,000 to $140,000
• Year 5+: $205,000 to $1.1 Million
