Financial Advisor

Magnolia Wealth Strategies is hiring a Financial Advisor in Metairie, LA to build a production-based client services practice and deliver holistic financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own financial services practice
• Help individuals, families, and business owners make informed decisions about their financial futures
• Develop trusted client relationships and deepen existing relationships
• Understand each client’s goals and needs
• Take a holistic approach to identifying strategies across protection, financial planning, wealth management, and other firm solutions
• Create and implement appropriate financial strategies
• Provide ongoing guidance as clients’ needs evolve
• Develop new client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or work-related experience
• State insurance licensed for Life, Accident, and Health, or willingness to obtain licensing
• Excellent financial, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to problem solve to reach resolution
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Series 6/7 preferred, not required

Compensation and Pay

• Pay: USD 50,000 - 100,000 per year
• Performance-based pay including commissions, bonuses, and incentives
