Job Description

Regions is seeking a Financial Advisor for an onsite role in Bartlett, Tennessee. In this position, you will work directly with bank customers to build and manage portfolios aligned to their financial objectives, using guidance informed by their current situation and short- and long-term goals.

This is a customer-focused, partnership-centric role with exempt status from timekeeping requirements. The position is also eligible for participation in a commission incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a broad range of investment solutions and products, providing in-depth guidance through Financial Planning services to support customer goals
  • Identify, pursue, and follow up on opportunities to establish and grow customer relationships, including prospecting, lead utilization, and participation in the local market and community
  • Build and maintain a strong client network and pipeline
  • Apply expert-level portfolio planning skills and demonstrate comprehensive industry and investment knowledge
  • Conduct and/or participate in investment performance and relationship reviews
  • Keep junior level staff informed about investment products and opportunities
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and follow corporate and industry protocols

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six (6) months of related experience
  • Series 7
  • Series 63 & 65 or Series 66
  • Life Insurance License must be obtained within 60 days from the employment start date

Incentive Pay Plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant, and/or Certified Retirement Specialist
  • Two (2) years of Financial Advisory experience

Compensation: USD 43,888 - 150,000 per year.

Location: Bartlett, Tennessee (onsite).
