Job Description

The Financial Advisory - Associate Advisor role at Kestra Financial supports Financial Advisors with client reviews, retirement planning, and investment reviews onsite in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Advisors in preparing for client review meetings
  • Develop retirement projection based financial plans
  • Generate income tax projections
  • Collaborate with Advisors to assess portfolio allocations and investments
  • Execute the financial plan recommendations
  • Maintain client records and track tasks in the CRM system
  • Deliver a high level of service to current and potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to begin the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® coursework and pursue designation within 2 years
  • Foundational understanding of investment planning, including asset allocation, Monte Carlo simulation, and modern portfolio theory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Detail oriented
  • Fast learner
