Financial Analyst

Find Great People is seeking a Financial Analyst for a Greenville, South Carolina manufacturing client with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes, including journal entries and the preparation of reporting packages for leadership
• Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to build financial models, provide actionable insights, and support decision making across functions
• Analyze cost drivers and operational data to identify opportunities to improve margins, efficiency, and overall performance
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, key performance indicators, and standardized financial reports; contribute to executive summaries and support ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using a variety of software tools
• ERP experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
