Financial Analyst

Associa and Blue Ridge Mountain Club, managed by CAMS, invite you to join on site in Wilmington, NC as a part-time Financial Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing financial data, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, monitor performance, and contribute to financial planning in a collaborative, data-driven environment within the Associa family. The position offers an hourly rate of $50 and provides an opportunity to impact financial outcomes in a structured, professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor company performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
