Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst at Gogo Business Aviation supports revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and the planning process that informs FP&A activities and the quarterly earnings cycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine the revenue forecast, annual budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams
• Prepare revenue-focused reporting for quarterly earnings materials, MD&A, and related analyses
• Analyze actual revenue performance against forecast and budget to identify trends, variances, and drivers
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers behind forecast and budget
• Track key performance indicators and maintain dashboards that monitor business performance
• Enhance financial planning models for both short-term and multi-year forecasting
• Serve as a power user of Hyperion Planning and the SmartView add-in to streamline reporting and planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Ability to apply advanced analytical techniques and statistics to forecast financial and other business information
• Strong business modeling skills, capable of translating business logic into modeling logic to provide insights to senior management and support business teams
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication abilities with well-developed presentation skills

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

• Base Pay: USD 64,000 – 80,000 per year
• Target Annual Short-Term Incentive: 5% of annualized base pay
