Financial Analyst

Greco and Sons is seeking a Financial Analyst for an on-site role in Bartlett, IL. The position focuses on supporting profitability, process efficiency and cost reduction initiatives, partnering with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through FP&A best practices and by supporting corporate FP&A processes and reporting within Operations.

Compensation

USD 70,600 - 105,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan process and enable its tools
• Implement NetSuite and related tools and workflows across the organization
• Support the monthly corporate business review process
• Develop financial models and perform ad hoc analyses
• Plan and execute BPC (business planning and consolidation) file uploads for Sysco financials
• Design and deploy tools and processes across the organization in alignment with business needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 6+ years of financial or business-related analysis experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
