Financial Analyst
Job Description
Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Financial Analyst to support cash flow, policy compliance, facility oversight, and related HR and Finance activities for Customer Center locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resolution of disputed customer invoices; process portal invoices and manage credit memos
- Reconcile cash and credit card transactions; support credit worthiness decisions
- Set up new customer and vendor accounts and manage account changes
- Ensure compliance with Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI)
- Manage indirect purchasing to keep Customer Centers resourced (facility services, office equipment, office and safety supplies)
- Handle phones, incoming and outgoing mail, and office filing
- Complete customer and contractor forms/questionnaires and request certificate of insurance
- Manage the training calendar and employee engagement events, including ordering catering and supplies
- Collaborate with the local Service Supervisor for facility maintenance and to support employment law and EHS regulatory compliance
- Partner with Finance on reporting and decision-making data; monitor policy compliance and address discrepancies
- Support the Area Operations Manager and staff with reports, special requests, and assigned projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant Industrial or Manufacturing Financial or Data analyst experience

Location, Work Schedule, and Travel
- Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) or Greensboro, NC; 10000 Twin Lakes Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28269
- Shift: Onsite in the beginning Monday through Friday, then transition to hybrid (2 days at home, 3 days in the office)
- Travel: May travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5-10%)
Preferences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field, or a combination of relevant education
