Financial Analyst II

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the Company’s financial planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly reporting for the Customer Commitments department. In this onsite role in Orlando, FL, you will build analytical models and contribute to management-level presentations while partnering across finance and operational teams.

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst II position provides analytical support to Customer Commitments leadership, including the preparation of reporting tied to core financial statements and the development of dashboards and ad-hoc models to inform business planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial planning, budgeting, and monthly reporting for the Customer Commitments department, covering the income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Collaborate with Accounting to research and report actual variances to forecast and assess future impact.
• Work with Customer Commitments and other operational teams to ensure forecasts are aligned across divisions.
• Partner with operational teams to create financial and KPI dashboards for inclusion in recurring management-level presentations.
• Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis and financial modeling to support business planning.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree required.
• MBA or CPA highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive financial analysis and accounting experience, preferably within an FP&A function in a public company or division.
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is highly desired.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills are critical.
• Experience presenting and discussing financial information with Senior business and financial leaders is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Commitments finance is a plus.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment and under time constraints.
• Must have the ability to work with different cultures.
• Experience in hospitality and/or vacation ownership industries is very helpful, but not required.
