Financial Analyst III, Corporate Finance

Location: Houston, TX (hybrid)

Salary range: USD 85,400 to 117,500 per year

Compensation note: Your final offer is based on factors including experience, role-related skills and knowledge, education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation (discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions) and equity incentives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support financial, strategic, and commercial decision making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather key assumptions used in models and analyses.
• Own, maintain, and continuously improve Crown Castle’s long-term corporate model, a tool used in transformative and large-scale strategic and financial decisions.
• Complete ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate deliverables and anticipate next steps by staying focused on the ultimate objective and considering the audience’s perspective.
• Collaborative working style that balances accuracy and timeliness to meet deadlines.
• Strong prioritization skills to balance long-term and short-term priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, uphold a brand of excellence, and use thoughtful communication to influence discussions and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related.
• Experience with financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
